Training a team larger
than a cohort?

If your team needs more than the public cohort cap of 9, the offering is a private team session scheduled separately. Your team gets a dedicated slot at a mutually agreed time, covering the same cohort content — without competing for seats or sharing the session with others.

Contact Z to scope pricing and availability. Private sessions are priced per engagement, not per seat.

Interested? Send us your details and Z will follow up.

Everything you need to
know before you register

What time zone are classes in?
All cohorts are live virtual and taught in Pacific Time. Cohort sessions meet at 9am Pacific.
How big are classes?
Cohort sessions are capped at 9 registrants to keep the experience collaborative and hands-on.
What happens if a cohort doesn't fill?
Cohorts need at least 5 enrolled registrants to run. If fewer than 5 are signed up 5 days before the cohort start date, Z will contact registrants to offer a spot in the next cohort.
Are classes recorded?
Yes. Classes are recorded and the recording is provided only to those who registered for that session. If you cannot attend live, you still receive the recording after the session.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund available up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds are issued inside the 72-hour window. This policy protects the waitlist — a refunded seat can be offered to someone on the waitlist with enough time to prepare.
Can I take both the Beginner and Intermediate cohorts?
Yes. Register for each cohort separately. The Beginner and Intermediate cohorts cover different topics and are scheduled independently.
Do I need to take the Beginner classes before Intermediate?
There is no strict prerequisite, but Intermediate classes assume you are already using AI tools day-to-day. If you are new to AI, starting with the Beginner track is recommended.
